Zoe’s Class Policies

· One half of tuition is due at the time of registration; balance is due on or before the day of class.
· Deposits cannot be transferred to another person..
· Full refund via your method of payment if you cancel at least five days prior to the scheduled class date and time.
· Full refund if Zoe’s Trunk cancels the class for any reason.
· So that everyone can enjoy a successful class experience, please do not bring  visitors, children or cell phones to class.
· We recommend you not wait till the day before class to choose your supplies. We make every effort to stock the supplies you will need for your class and buying what you need here helps guarantee you will have exactly the right supplies and tools for your project.

Party With Patrick	-2nd Saturday/Month 10:30 AM - 1 PM
	Each month we will introduce a new pattern from Patrick Lose. Known for his whimsical and fresh designs, both patterns and fabrics, Patrick's designs will be based on monthly-seasonal themes, released so that you can complete the project in time to be enjoyed for the appropriate month. And there is always a surprise or two with each design! Facilitator: Ken Casey Fee: $20.00
Zoe's Sew-In	-2nd Friday/Month 6 PM - 12 AM
	Join us for 6 hours of uninterrupted sewing and friendship on the 2nd Friday evening of each month. This is your time to work on a your own project, ask for advice and learn from each other. Ken Casey will be available to answer your questions and help you. We'll bring in dinner and do the clean-up, all you have to do is sew. It just doesn't get much better than that! Facilitator: Ken Casey Fee: $20.00
Civil War Tribute Quilt Block of the Month	-4th Saturday/Month 10 AM to 11:30 AM
	Honor the upcoming 150-year anniversary of the Civil War by creating a reproduction quilt (100” x 112”) that recalls the drama of this significant era. An antique toile-inspired design and a commemorative print denote key battle locations and leaders. Each month we will meet for hints on construction, history tidbits, recipes, goodies, music, guest speakers, and more! Facilitators: Mary Lucille & Roberta Bowen Fee: $22.00
Wool Gatherings	- 1st Thursday/Month 6 PM- 8 PM
	If you enjoy relaxing with some handwork and love to work with wool and exotic fabrics, this is the group for you! Join us for adventures in the art of Penny Rugs! Each month of this year, the group will work on a special basket square designed especially for the group. Kit fee $10/month Instructor: Shirley Weagant Fee   $15.00 per session plus cost of kit.
Crazy Quilt Club	- 3rd Friday/Month 6 PM - 8 PM
	Create your own crazy quilt, learn new embellishment techniques and exchange special fabrics. We discuss the history of this late 19th century art-form and explore the fabrics and embroidery threads and stitches used. $5.00 per session
Quilt History Study Group	- 4th Thursday/Month   6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
	You will share what you know and learn even more about quilts from the past. In 2010, the group is discussing the World War ll time period. Each meeting includes a kit to create a block representing the topic. Facilitators: Roberta Bowen & Mary Lucille Fee: $10.00 per session
Appliqué Evening	- 3rd  Monday/Month    6 PM - 8 PM
	We meet monthly for a 2-hour class to work on the project of your choice. The invitation to join this group is open to all levels of appliqué experience and any appliqué method you prefer.   Facilitator: Mary Lucille Fee: $5.00
Fat Quarter Roulette	- 1st Saturday/Month 10 AM
	Not quite a block of the month, no long term commitment - JUST FUN! Each month you will receive a fat-eighth of the focus fabric and you purchase the coordinating fabrics to construct your blocks. Each block you submit is a chance to win a full set of blocks for a quilt. We are taking names for a new group, join us for a great way to make new friends and get a new quilt .Further details are available at the shop.
